Had a blast at Alpen Roc! The food was top-notch, with my daughter loving the daily scallops. The warm pool after a day on the slopes was a perfect way to relax, though the family room got a bit cramped with all our gear. Would definitely revisit!

The heated pool with a retractable roof is a standout feature.
Our family room felt cramped, especially with all our ski gear. We often had to keep the balcony door open due to an overwhelming warmth, making it uncomfortable. The hot water supply was inconsistent at times, which added to our dissatisfaction.

The heated pool with a retractable roof is a standout feature. it’s an awesome way to unwind after a day on the slopes. The food is top-notch, especially the quality of evening meals with a diverse daily changing dinner menu that keeps things interesting.
There were some inconveniences, like the ski and boot room not being cleaned thoroughly, which made it feel a bit neglected. Room heating issues meant our room was excessively warm, prompting us to leave the balcony door open, and the family room was cramped for the amount of gear coming off the slopes. Wifi connectivity was patchy at times, which can be frustrating if you need to check on anything online. Lastly, the limited children's menu felt a bit restrictive for some palates, which might not sit well with picky eaters.
